Tohru Nagai (director) was born in Shimane on March 7, 1966.
He started his career at Gourmet Restaurant in Royal Hotel in 1984. He became the manager of L'AUBERGE DE L'ILL NAGOYA in 2006, and joined La Suite in 2008 and engaged in the opening of Hotel La Suite Kobe. After working at several different restaurants, he worked as the manager at Grande Maison Graciani, Kitano, Kobe in 2011. In spring of 2013, he found a new position as the service manager in La famille Morinaga.
